Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Mid-Weight Producer is responsible for delivering productions from start to finish, working closely with a Senior Producer within a dedicated client team. You'll run projects through pre-production, on-set (including occasional international work), and post-production, taking day-to-day ownership of smaller projects and key elements of larger ones. Alongside production delivery, you'll manage budgets, costs and schedules, making sure every project meets the client brief, upholds ITCH's creative standards and hits agreed margins.

You'll create quotes and scopes with a Senior Producer's oversight.

You'll often be in direct contact with clients and will be the 'face' of ITCH on shoots and during production, so clear, proactive and solutions-focused communication is essential. You'll collaborate with the Creative & Strategy and Client Services teams, as well as directors, filmmakers and editors, to turn creative concepts into achievable production plans. Anyone who works with you should see you as the person with the answers who can make things happen.

You'll be an experienced negotiator, confident in securing talent (photographers, influencers, crew) and managing fees, usage and contracts to get the best value for the agency. With strong organisation, solid shoot experience and a problem-solving mindset, you'll also help refine our internal processes based on your own experience. Oh, and as we're a social content company, we love showing the people behind the work.

There may be opportunities to appear in our social content, behind-the-scenes videos, or showreels. It's never compulsory, but if you enjoy being in front of the camera as well as behind it, we'd love to have you involved.

Key Skills
  • 2 – 3 years' experience producing video and photographic content, ideally in an agency or production company.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget.
  • Solid understanding of production workflows across pre-production, production and post.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating shoots, including crew hiring, location management and logistics.
  • Confident building and tracking budgets, with a good understanding of industry rates.
  • Basic experience with contract negotiation, usage rights and distribution.
  • Good understanding of digital and social content formats and platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI and digital tools to work more efficiently, and open to helping shape how the team uses them.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, focus on detail and problem-solve proactively under
    pressure.
  • Developing network of industry contacts.
  • Commitment to sustainable production practices.
  • Team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
The day to day
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects end-to-end, and key work streams on larger projects, including crew booking, travel, risk assessments, call sheets, insurance, permits and locations.
  • Create project quotes, scopes and budgets with Senior Producer oversight, then track costs and flag overages or efficiencies early.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication on your projects, including status updates, approvals and feedback cycles, escalating to the Senior Producer where needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, talent, suppliers and partners.
  • Lead shoots, ensuring they run on time and the crew has clear direction.
  • Be present on shoots to ensure the creative vision is achieved and carried through to post-production.
  • Provide regular project and production status updates to the Senior Producer and wider team.
  • Input on pricing and production feasibility for new briefs and…
