We're working with a creative-led growth agency for ecommerce brands in fashion, beauty and wellness. Everything runs in two-week cycles against a goal CPA, so you find out fast whether something worked.

You'd make native, scroll-stopping video for their brands across paid and organic channels. Filming, editing, and sometimes stepping in front of the camera yourself. We're looking for content obsessives - people hungry to learn and itching to make content that delivers true, measurable business results.

• Film and edit short-form: creator-style, talking heads, product demos, trends, lo-fi content
• Edit for paid. Hooks in the first two seconds, several cuts and variants per concept
• Turn briefs from the creative strategists into content, fast
• Spot trends and sounds early, and pitch how the brands can use them
• Help brief creators and edit their footage
• Keep footage and assets organised

• A portfolio of short-form content showing you understand Tik Tok and Reels
• Strong editing in Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or similar
• Confident filming on a phone. Natural on camera is a bonus

• Fast, organised and good with feedback
• You live on social and know why content lands

• Experience with motion graphics and caption design
• Knowledge of AI video tools (ideally through use yourself!)
• Developed content for fashion, beauty or wellness brands

You're shipping content every week, on brief and on time

At least one of your videos is earning spend at target in an ad account
