Assistant Producer

ADRIAN GRANT PRODUCTIONS are looking for an experienced ASSISTANT PRODUCER to support the development and pre-production of two commercial theatre projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with an established producer on large-scale UK theatrical work.

Salary and Benefits: £28,800 p/a pro-rata

Contract:

Freelance, self-employed (6-Months)

Location:

Remote (UK-based, preferably London)

Schedule:

Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 2pm

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in commercial theatre production

• Coordinate pre-production activity across multiple theatrical projects
• Liaise with creatives, venues, agents, casting teams and production departments
• Manage schedules, documentation, tracking systems and meeting logistics
• Support marketing and PR workflows, investor comms and general administration
• Prepare decks, briefs, research documents and production materials

• Who is exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can balance multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Works proactively and independently in a remote setting
• Has solid experience in theatre production processes
