This is a small European studio that’s building exciting brands for clients who don’t always fit the usual mould – including a globally recognised design-software brand, a major video platform, and the software identity the studio is best known for. Its philosophy is plainly stated: no fluff, no fuss, no ego.
This is a Midweight Brand and Motion position where there’s no account layer and no creative hierarchy to work through. You’d be in the room where the thinking happens, on briefs that would normally sit well above a midweight’s reach at a larger studio.
The RoleYou’ll own hybrid brand and motion work across the full process: strategy, concept, tone of voice, and then translating that thinking into motion.
Scoping and delivering will be directly with clients; you’ll manage your own workflow while working closely with the founders – both with big agency backgrounds – alongside a band of freelancers who help to scale up and scale down from project to project. The studio has a mix of project work and longer retained relationships, so this is about building sustained client work, not jumping between briefs.
ThePackage
£35,000 – £45,000 (or relevant currency equivalent)
UK/EU candidates
- Big on autonomy – owning your workflow while learning from founders
- Direct work on high-profile brand and motion briefs in a growing studio
You’ve got 3+ years at a small-to-mid branding studio, with a real strategic process behind you, not just execution. Your portfolio leads with ideas, and motion is already part of how you work, not an aspiration.
You’re comfortable owning work remotely and talking to clients directly. A valid UK or EU visa is required.
