Futureheads is partnering with a growing consumer health technology business to hire a Senior Product Designer focused on conversion rate optimisation.
This role blends digital design craft with product thinking. You’ll own the landing pages and conversion experiences that help customers understand the service, build confidence and take the next step.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys making complex information clear and engaging. You’ll use strong storytelling, thoughtful interactions and compelling visual design to support informed decisions.
What you’ll do- Design and improve mobile-first landing pages, conversion components and reusable templates.
- Create clear page structures, messaging hierarchies and calls to action.
- Make detailed information digestible through typography, illustration, interaction and motion.
- Consider customer intent, emotional state and the journey beyond the landing page.
- Work closely with growth and CRO colleagues to shape hypotheses, develop variants and learn from experiments.
- Maintain a coherent experience from acquisition messaging through to conversion.
- Build accessible, reusable patterns that support fast iteration without compromising quality.
- Strong visual and interaction craft, with a blend of digital and B2C product design experience.
- A portfolio showing thoughtful landing pages or conversion journeys, alongside clear product thinking.

- The ability to communicate complex information without removing the detail customers need.
- An experimentation mindset and a willingness to ship, test and iterate quickly.
- Confidence collaborating with growth stakeholders and explaining your design decisions.
- Strong writing instincts and sensitivity to the trust required when customers make important personal decisions.
Agency experience could be particularly relevant, provided your work demonstrates product thinking as well as visual craft. Data literacy is useful, with analytical support available from the growth team.
AI experience is welcome, as is curiosity and a willingness to learn.
