Position: Enterprise EdTech CSM — Hybrid  | Growth & Renewals
A leading EdTech company in London is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of education clients across the UK and Europe. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS environment. Responsibilities include leading customer onboarding, managing renewals, and driving account growth while collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

The role offers a salary of £45,000 – £55,000 plus bonuses, hybrid work, and comprehensive employee benefits.
