• Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, sorting mail, logging repairs, and handling payments.

• Act as a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal, conducting safety checks and building patrols.

• Support residents, service users, and visitors by listening, resolving concerns, and managing complaints with care and professionalism.
