Location: London Central
Salary: £28,092 - £29,305 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends are required on a rota basis.

Expect no two days to be the same!
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member- Providing a welcoming front‑of‑house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students
- A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
- An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you’ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
- You’ll also have great time‑management and organisational skills
