Nat West is looking for a Senior Personal Banker based in Islington, 10‑11 Upper Street, United Kingdom.

• Proactively support customers, helping them realise the full benefits of our service through digital channels and complex financial needs.
• Deliver a banking service beyond expectations, supporting customers via video banking or face‑to‑face.
• Conduct Financial Health checks and review customer accounts.
• Identify products and services suitable for customers, including mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
• Complete outbound care calls to grow and maintain relationships.

• Experience in a customer service environment with ability to thrive under pressure.
• Ability to coach the branch team and acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships via regular customer care calls.
• Build rapport and trust with customers in face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills.
