Welcome Host Responsibilities
As a Welcome Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, from colleagues to clients and guests. You’ll set the tone for the day with a friendly welcome, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful connections.
QualificationsThis is a physically active role, and you’ll be on your feet for most of the working day. The ideal candidate has Doorman or Concierge experience, is personable and presentable, and has a strong customer‑first mindset. You’ll excel at managing your own time, prioritising tasks, and handling queries with professionalism and empathy. While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is your ability to connect with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Hours& Salary
Hours:
40 hours per week, with shifts between 7am-10pm. Monday‑Friday.
Salary: £32,000
