You’ll be working closely with senior team members, assisting with account administration, on-boarding, and client interactions. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong attention to detail and a professional, client-focused approach.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with client on-boarding, KYC reviews, and account opening
Supporting the relationship team with diary management and credit file preparation
Handling client requests during in-person visits and via phone/email
Liaising with internal departments to follow up on transactions and card services
Managing accurate records of client accounts and documentation
About you:
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in private banking, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within banking.
Strong understanding of account opening and KYC/AML processes
Highly organised, client-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Office and general banking systems
