Project Detail
Looking for a dynamic UK based person with good organisation skills to handle our enquiry process through to invoicing.
Responsibilities- Handle enquiries and process invoicing.
- Maintain communication with customers.
- Maintain online spreadsheet applications (e.g. Smartsheet).
- Use Xero accounting software.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Good telephone manner, team player, excellent IT skills, knowledge of curtain and blind industry, understanding of installation processes associated with the products.
AvailabilityInitially 2-4 hours per day (Mon-Fri).
