Location: Greater London

Project Detail

Looking for a dynamic UK based person with good organisation skills to handle our enquiry process through to invoicing.

Responsibilities
  • Handle enquiries and process invoicing.
  • Maintain communication with customers.
  • Maintain online spreadsheet applications (e.g. Smartsheet).
  • Use Xero accounting software.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Qualifications

Good telephone manner, team player, excellent IT skills, knowledge of curtain and blind industry, understanding of installation processes associated with the products.

Availability

Initially 2-4 hours per day (Mon-Fri).
