Entry Level Sales Assistant – London (No Experience Required, Immediate Starts Available!)

Location: Central London

Salary: £24k-£30k per year OTE

Hours: Full Time Equivalent

Our client, based in central London, is expanding rapidly and seeking ambitious, goal-driven individuals to join their team. No prior experience is required—candidates who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply. These varied roles involve working across sales, customer service, and promotional campaigns, providing an excellent foundation for a long-term career.

• Full-time availability (minimum 4–5 full working days per week, Mon–Sat)
• MUST be eligible for full-time work within the UK (all year round, with no restrictions)

This opportunity is not suitable for international students or candidates currently in education due to the full-time commitment required. Previous experience in retail, customer service, call centres, hospitality, or sales is welcome but not essential.

The Role:

• Generate new customer engagement for clients across face-to-face campaigns
• Work as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client products effectively

High performers are rewarded with recognition, incentives, and the potential for uncapped earnings, with average earnings starting at £24k–£30k OTE per year. This role is self-employed and commission-based, giving you control over your earnings.
