Overview

We are currently seeking a German‑speaking Inbound Call Centre Advisor for a 6‑week temporary booking. This role will support an inbound campaign, handling calls from shareholders who are enquiring about shareholder facilities and related services.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from German‑speaking shareholders in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to queries relating to shareholder facilities and general account information
  • Provide accurate information while maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Escalate queries where required in line with internal procedures
  • Accurately capture and update customer information on internal systems
  • Ensure all calls are handled in line with compliance and data protection requirements
Skills & Experience Required
  • Fluent German speaker (spoken and written)
  • Previous inbound call centre or customer service experience
  • Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and databases
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 6‑week booking
Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
