Key Responsibilities

Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
Work closely with your team and direct supervisor, following detailed instructions.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism in customer interactions.
Contribute as an individual team member within a narrow scope of work.
Participate in rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills & Experience

0-1 years of customer service experience.
Primary skill:
Customer Care - P3 (intermediate proficiency).
Backoffice customer care experience desirable.
Fluent in English (C2) and Welsh.
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

Pre‑Interview Requirement:
Candidates must complete a Welsh language screening test (oral and written) to assess professional communication skills.
