Are you fluent in German (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company
? This is a full‑time customer support role serving international users in German and English.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)
- Good command of English
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
