Position: Passenger Experience & Accessibility Manager
Location: Greater London

A leading rail service provider in Greater London is seeking a Passenger Assistance Team Leader. You will manage and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure safe station environments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in leading teams. This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity with a salary range of £29,354–£34,829 per annum.
