The ideal candidate will cement relationships with clients and advise them to enhance their usage of the platform. Key responsibilities include managing a significant number of accounts, leading meetings, and analyzing usage for effective planning. The role requires at least 1-2 years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, and familiarity with Salesforce.
The position offers a collaborative work environment in Shoreditch 2 days a week.
