About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and approachable Resident Liaison Officer (RLO). Working across remediation and construction projects throughout the UK, including a significant number of schemes in London, you will play a key role in managing communication between residents, clients, and site teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people, managing queries sensitively, and ensuring residents feel informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be required to work across 2/3 sites in South London. Furthermore, we are looking for someone happy to do Office Site Administration too.
Key Responsibilities
-Act as the main point of contact for resident queries throughout the duration of works
-Attend resident liaison and client meetings as required
-Draft and distribute resident communications, including newsletters, letters, notices, and progress updates
-Organise and host resident surgeries and meetings to address concerns and provide updates
-Log, track, and manage resident enquiries, maintaining an accurate query register
-Create and manage risk registers relating to resident concerns or incidents
-Prepare short, clear presentation slides for resident briefings
-Provide regular (weekly) updates to clients on resident engagement and communications
-Work closely with site teams to ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
-Handle sensitive information in line with GDPR requirements
Skills & Experience
-Previous experience in a customer-facing or resident-facing role
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Good understanding of GDPR and data protection
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple queries
-Calm, professional, and empathetic approach when dealing with complaints or sensitive issues
Project Description
Internal fire safety works to 44 apartments and associated communal areas comprising of the fire stopping of all services passing through fire compartment walls and floors, replacement of front entrance doors, remediation of fire doors within all apartments and replacement of all communal and riser cupboard doors.
