Keep Cup started in a Melbourne café with a simple idea: keep it and use it again. Today, we’re a global brand designing reusable products that fit seamlessly into everyday life, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support Keep Cup’s customer service function across dtc and wholesale shaping how our brand shows up culturally and consistently.
You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver warm, timely and efficient customer service with a view to improving processes, supporting day to day business administration and sales team support for the UK team.
What you’ll be doing- First person to answer phones.
- Organising 1% for the Planet team activities and social activities.
- Manage and support the facilities management of the office space.
- Supporting marketplace operations and customer service.
- Supporting sales team to improve and streamline our CRM.
- 1–3 years’ experience in customer service.
- Experience in Hub Spot, Cin7 and Shopify and advantage.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A hold and solve, solutions-focused approach and sharp attention to detail.
