, based at a prestigious British multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory firm, located in the vibrant heart of the City of London near

Hours

40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7:30 AM and 5.30 PM)

Main responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests at the reception and escorting them to their meeting rooms or required destination within the building
  • Proactively managing guest requests in an efficient, friendly and timely manner, ensuring all business requirements are dealt with promptly and professionally
  • Providing administrative support at all times
  • Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all AV & other required equipment are provided
  • Liaising with the events team and managing the catering support for the meeting room spaces
  • Handling all internal and external calls in a professional manner

  • Preferably have reception experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
