Are you a native‑level Danish speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) and looking to grow your career with a well‑established global digital services company? This is a full‑time customer support role serving international users in Danish and English.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Danish proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required
- Salary: EUR 1300–1500 gross per month
- Remote work within Greece
- Relocation support for Athens‑based candidates
- Paid training and long‑term career growth
- EU citizenship
- Full‑purpose & specific‑purpose work permit card
- Certificate of Protection (refugees)
