Customer Service Manager
- London (Hybrid)- Up to £52,000 + package

Pod Talent is excited to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing food brands, who are looking for a customer service expert to join their team on a hybrid basis in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working closely with supermarkets and retailers, who are looking to progress into a team management role.

• Overseeing the order management process, ensuring all customer orders placed are accurate and translated correctly onto the warehouse management systems
• Working closely with 3PL to ensure orders are packed and dispatched correctly, resolving any fulfilment issues
• Owning the stock management, preventing write-offs, and managing the pallet pools
• Customer service: monitoring OTIF, fill rates, service levels, investigating any issues and implementing improvements
• Managing 2 direct reports

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes (within food & bev/ FMCG environment)
• Experience in a similar role, working with B2B customers, supermarkets, and 3PLs
• Able to work autonomously, strong communication skills and fantastic attention to detail
• Full right to work in the UK
