Join our Swimming Team this summer at Hampstead Heath

Are you looking for an exciting summer job in one of London’s most iconic outdoor venues? We’re recruiting Stewards and Lifeguards to help us deliver a fantastic experience for visitors at Hampstead Heath’s swimming facilities this summer at our Lido, Bathing Ponds and children’s Paddling Pool.

We need enthusiastic and customer-focused stewards to assist with visitor admission, visitor safety, crowd management, and general site operations. If you are 18+ years, have experience in customer service, events, or outdoor recreation, we’d love to hear from you!

Diversity strengthens our service. Currently, men are underrepresented among our Swimming Stewards and women among our Lifeguards, so we welcome applications from these groups. All appointments are based on merit and the requirements of the role.
