Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Greater London, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The specialist will assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves responding to customer queries about software functionality, diagnosing technical issues, and providing timely resolutions. Building strong relationships with clients and supporting their unique needs in the wine industry is key.
Qualifications- Experience with Customer Support, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, and possessing excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Technical Support abilities to resolve software-related concerns effectively
- Analytical Skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the wine industry and its processes is a plus
