Job Summary

You will welcome customers warmly, manage seating and reservations efficiently, handle enquiries and feedback with professionalism, coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth dining experiences, process orders and payments accurately, maintain clean service areas, and support promotional and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive first impression
  • Respond promptly and politely to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Take reservations and manage seating arrangements to optimize dining area flow and customer comfort
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and smooth delivery of food and services
  • Process customer orders, payments, and billing accurately to ensure correct transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of customer service areas to uphold hygiene and presentation standards
  • Assist in executing promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities to enhance customer experience
  • Prepare daily service reports as required by management to track service performance and issues
