Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Concierge to join our team at a high‑end residence in Knightsbridge. You’ll be situated in a multi‑functional building offering 15 luxurious residential apartments, 2 floors of office working space and 8 street‑facing retail units. The building is located in a magnificent and prestigious part of Belgravia surrounded by iconic places like Harrods, the Mandarin Oriental and Hyde Park.

It has 3 different entrances with their respective receptions and one loading bay entrance located at the rear of the building, next to the control room.

As a Concierge, you will primarily manage contractors’ access to the building, welcome visitors, facilitate access of house staff into the resident apartments, and report to, help and assist the building manager.

You have the chance to take ownership of the concierge desk by managing and facilitating all concierge requests, receiving deliveries, managing security and access controls, as well as handling administration duties when required.

You will be helping the client team, assisting multiple residents in the building and handling a vast array of ad hoc tasks.

Shift pattern: 42 hours a week – 4 on / 4 off rotation basis between 7am – 7pm.

Salary: £32,323.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a 5‑star environment as well as a comprehensive knowledge of London. A proud and impeccable appearance is always required.
