What You'll Be Doing:
Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel dle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed.
Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
