Location:
Greece (On-site)
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Accurately record customer interactions in the database
- Resolve issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot using tools, training, and support materials
- Provide clear solutions and excellent customer experience
- Fluency in one of the following languages:
Spanish, Croatian, Portuguese, or French - Good command of English (C1 level)
- Strong communication & problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- High School Diploma or higher
- Valid EU passport or Greek residence/work permit (mandatory)
- Paid relocation package (flight included)

Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
