Key Responsibilities- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Handle account and service-related queries
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
- Italian C2 level
- English B2+
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization
- Salary: EUR 1059 gross x12 months

Rotational shifts between 08:00–22:00
