About the Role

As an Aviation Customer Service Specialist, you will support aviation clients worldwide in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will handle incoming requests via phone and email, resolve real‑time issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of inbound phone calls and emails from global aviation customers.
  • Provide real‑time support and resolve urgent requests with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Monitor fuel availability and communicate updates or disruptions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support customer accounts and identify opportunities to enhance service.
  • Adapt communication style to a diverse, global customer base.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume customer service, call center, hospitality, airline, or similar environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable being on the phone for a significant portion of the day.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid passport.
  • Preferred: aviation, travel, or logistics exposure; additional languages; familiarity with systems like Oracle; strong understanding of world geography.
  • Education:

    high school diploma or GED required.
