Rainfallcap is seeking a founding Customer Success Manager to develop and own customer relationships by focusing on onboarding, engagement, and retention for our self-serve marketing platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients effectively utilize the platform for their campaigns, thus preventing churn.
In this position, you will create processes and maintain relationships with brands, assist them in achieving value from our services, and drive growth through renewals and upsells. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a solid background in customer success or account management.
