The development consists of 162 serviced apartments, 70 shared ownership apartments, 752 private apartments and 1 commercial unit, totalling 985. The apartments are spread over 75 floors, making it one of the tallest residential towers in Canary Wharf.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness with regular inspections, reporting defects and safety concerns.
- Support your team, work collaboratively, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging, communicating, and inspiring others.
