Ultimate.ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Greater London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Enterprise customers to minimize churn and drive expansion.
Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of experience in customer success, a strong understanding of the customer service industry, and proven leadership skills. This hybrid position requires working in the London office two times a week.
