Position: SaaS Customer Success Manager | Trusted Advisor & Retention Champion
Location: Greater London

Mimecast is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and ensure product adoption. You’ll be responsible for creating engagement strategies and managing renewals, all while collaborating across teams to deliver optimal customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success within SaaS, robust communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer operations. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and satisfaction.
