As a Housing And Suppprt Assistant you will be a key point of contact for residents and visitors, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. Whether you’re offering advice, managing enquiries, or ensuring the building runs smoothly, your work will make a real difference every day.

You’ll be the friendly face of YMCA St Paul’s Group—supporting residents, welcoming new members, and helping to maintain a positive and respectful community.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Provide a warm, professional and consistent experience for residents, visitors, and their support networks—making every interaction count.

Thrive in a Varied, Hands-On Role From handling calls, managing reception, coordinating repairs, and processing payments, to supporting day-to-day operations—this role keeps you engaged and motivated.

Champion Safety and Wellbeing Take on important responsibilities as a first aider and fire marshal, carrying out safety checks and ensuring a secure environment for all.

Support with Empathy and Understanding Welcome new residents, respond to concerns, manage complaints, and sensitively address issues like anti-social behaviour—always with professionalism and compassion.
