Ascot Lloyd is seeking a Complaints Handler based in the Greater London area. In this role, you will ensure complaints are managed fairly and transparently, adhering to FCA DISP requirements. You will investigate complaints, communicate effectively with clients, and play an essential part in reinforcing client trust.
