Position: Customer Experience Team Leader — Lead, Improve Service & Earn Bonus

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join their growing business in Poole. In this role, you will lead a customer-focused team, ensuring outstanding support across telephone, email, CRM, and online ordering channels.
