The Role
As the Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll:

• Act as the primary advocate for military families, addressing their concerns with professionalism.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and shared inboxes, balancing multiple priorities.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently, preventing escalations and ensuring satisfaction.

• Track progress and maintain accurate records using internal systems and tools like Excel.

• Build rapport quickly with families, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
You
To be successful in the role of Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll bring:

• Proven customer service experience, particularly in telephone interactions.

Strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

• High level of organization and multitasking capability.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
