Job Overview
Housing Solutions Officer needed in Edmonton, £22.55ph (PAYE – Reference: RQ1740427).
We are part of the Market Management Service, tasked with ensuring the private rented sector meets residents’ needs. We deliver Temporary Accommodation and Private Rented Housing Services, including the procurement, allocation, and management of almost 4,000 homes.
Key Responsibilities- Support households in temporary accommodation, responding to queries, complaints, housing advice, disrepair issues, and anti-social behaviour (ASB).
- Help residents find housing solutions and transition from temporary accommodation into private rented housing.
- Ensure temporary accommodation meets required standards and work collaboratively to address tenancy issues.
- Manage all aspects of tenancy and property management, including repairs, investigations of complaints, and tenancy‑related issues.
- Act as a full‑time, temporary employee.
Relevant experience in tenancy or housing support is preferred.
