As a Switchboard Operator you will deliver a memorable experience while handling all incoming telephone calls for the Hotel. Your upbeat and friendly attitude will set the tone for guests’ stays throughout the day.

• Provide exceptional phone support: respond promptly and professionally to all guest calls.
• Maintain relevant knowledge: stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations.
• Support emergency response: relay accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams during emergency situations.
• Leverage communication tools: use the PBX system, computer applications, and related technology to support daily operations.

• Positive attitude and excellent telephone communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent level of IT proficiency.
