Position: ESG SaaS Customer Success Associate (EMEA)
Location: Greater London

Novata, Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Success Associate to support our growing customer base across EMEA. This is a chance to excel in a mission-driven organization focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, supporting inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the London office, with a salary of £73,000 per year. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years in client-facing roles and a passion for ESG and sustainability.
