Smartly.io Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic Onboarding team in the Greater London area. The role focuses on assisting new customers with their onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform. You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams, tailoring onboarding plans to meet diverse customer needs. A strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, along with excellent communication skills, will be key to your success.

Qualifications include 3-5 years in digital roles and proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to impact our clients' success.
