Unitemps Warwick is seeking a candidate to support the University’s Clearing operation by managing applicant inquiries and delivering excellent customer service during peak admissions times.
The successful applicant will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to stay calm when dealing with stressed applicants. Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and Microsoft Office is important. This hybrid role is located in Greater London with specific working hours.
