Salary: £14.24/hr (including holiday pay)

Hours:

35-40 hours per week, on a rota basis

About the Role:

As a Customer Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and residents at our YMCA centres.

Your role involves providing high-quality customer service, handling reception duties, answering queries, managing bookings, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the building. You will also be a designated First Aider and Fire Marshal.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, providing information on services and facilities Operate reception and telephone switchboard, log repairs, and process payments Conduct regular safety checks, including fire evacuation procedures and first aid Support residents and users of Health and Wellbeing services with bookings and enquiries Essential Requirements:
