Job Purpose Were looking for a highly organised Customer Service Coordinator to strengthen our Customer Service Team by providing first - class administrative support and helping to produce essential customer documents. Main Responsibilities Assist the Customer Service Team with the smooth day - to - day running of customer accounts.
Generate daily stock sheets and call - off reports for customers with accuracy and attention to detail. Work with Customer Service Executives to maintain and update customer forecasts using Excel spreadsheets. Ensure all retail management and customer sample requests are organised and dispatched on time. Maintain regular communication with Customer Service Executives and the Team Leader to ensure customer needs are consistently met.
Use clear verbal and written communication to collaborate with customers and internal departments. Act as a friendly and professional ambassador for the Customer Service function. Develop positive working relationships with key customer contacts to support long - term partnership success. Skills/ Qualifications Previous experience working within a Customer Services environment Excellent IT skills (inc Excel) Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy Ability to work under strict deadlines and targets, preferably in a fast paced manufacturing environment Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand clear written and verbal instructions.
Good understanding of procedures and processes. Highly responsible, reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic Quality and safety conscious Hours of work This is an office based role working 37.5 hours weekly. Graphic Packaging International maintains a formal flexi-time arrangement, under which contracted working hours may be undertaken at any time between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
