Working closely together with our clients we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge‑style service that reflects the environment expected by our client’s community.

Provide a world‑class, client‑facing Front of House service. Proactively anticipate our client needs at all stages of the customer journey

• Welcome visitors, manage queues, check IDs, issue passes, and escort VIPs.
• Ensure seamless coordination with Reception and Security to deliver a five‑star service.
• Sign in visitors, direct guests, and complete daily handovers
• Manage Tour Guides, their parties, and the VIP diary.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Concourse Reception, report issues, and ensure follow‑up.
• Issue forgotten passes and ensure good housekeeping standards are met.
• Manage the cloakroom, issue lockers, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
• Set up and support functions and meeting rooms, including AV requirements.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours per week

• Ideally have experience working with systems
• High degree of accuracy
• Good time management
