Open CEDA is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in our London office to foster customer engagement and support our clients on their climate journeys. This role requires 5+ years of relevant customer success experience in a SaaS environment, alongside strong communication skills and a capability to manage complex projects.

The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with enterprise customers, providing valuable insights and feedback, while ensuring clients maximize their value with Watershed’s products.
