Position: Customer Service Specialist – E-commerce & Brand Experience
Location: Greater London

Aspiga UK is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative based in Battersea, London. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries through various platforms, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include problem-solving, maintaining customer databases, and collaborating with teams on service improvements. Applicants should have 1-2 years of retail customer service experience, preferably with a good understanding of Gorgias and ecommerce systems.
