Position: Helpdesk & Customer Care Lead (6-Month FTC)
Location: Greater London

SSP is seeking a skilled professional for a 6-month FTC position overseeing our Operational Helpdesk and Customer Service operation. You will develop relationships across key functions, ensure timely issue resolution, and lead the Customer Care Team.
